• Enquire about removing, pruning or doing works near a tree on a private property
• Enquire about a tree on a neighbouring property

To complete this form

• Tell us the address where the tree is located
• Describe your question or concern 
• Tell us the circumference of the tree/s,  measured at 1.4 m above ground (if you’re enquiring about a permit for a tree on your property)
• Upload any other relevant information - for example, photos, site or house plans

Once you’ve submitted this form, we will

• Send you an email and optional SMS confirmation
• Contact you if we need more information
• Respond to you within 10 business days

What happens with your information?

We record your information on our customer database and make it available to relevant Council staff in line with City of Boroondara’s Privacy Statement.
